Refund policy
Payments for GroundSkill subscriptions are processed by Paddle. This page states when a charge can be refunded and how to ask.
14-day refund window
If you were charged for a GroundSkill subscription, you may request a refund within 14 days of that charge. Charges older than 14 days are not covered.
Trials and cancellation
If your plan includes a trial, cancelling before the trial ends prevents the first charge, so there is nothing to refund. Cancelling a paid subscription stops future renewals and keeps access until the displayed access-end date; cancellation does not itself refund a previous charge. To get money back for a charge inside the 14-day window, request a refund separately as described below.
How to request a refund
Email support@groundskill.com from your account email within the 14-day window and include your Paddle receipt or transaction details. You can also use the support route in your Paddle receipt. Approved refunds are processed through Paddle to the original payment method. Timing after approval depends on Paddle and your bank.
What this policy does not cover
No exam-pass or additional satisfaction guarantee is offered. Your progress is preserved when access ends, and the free lesson remains available. Statutory rights remain unaffected.
