Terms of use
These terms apply to GroundSkill. By using the service, you agree to use it lawfully and responsibly.
Educational service
GroundSkill provides independent study materials and practice. It does not award certifications, guarantee exam results, or replace official documentation and professional advice. GroundSkill is not affiliated with or endorsed by the IRS or any certification provider.
Accounts and acceptable use
You are responsible for activity associated with your sign-in. Do not attempt to disrupt the service, bypass access controls, automate abusive traffic, or use the service to violate another person’s rights.
Free lesson, free access, and subscription
One introductory lesson is available without an account or payment card. During the free-access period, sign in for full access: no payment card, no subscription, no charge. Creating an account or opening a lesson starts nothing billable. The offer shown before checkout states the price (currently USD 0), trial terms if any, and applicable taxes. Only currently available courses are included; planned courses are identified separately.
No card is collected during free access and no charge can occur. When the paid launch starts, free subscriptions do not convert automatically: you will be asked to start a new paid subscription at the then-disclosed monthly price if you want to continue. We send a transactional reminder before any first scheduled paid charge. The first charge date is shown in your subscription details.
Cancellation and billing
Sign in and select Manage subscription to cancel or update your payment details through Paddle. Scheduled cancellation keeps access until the displayed access-end date. After access ends, your progress is preserved and the free lesson remains available. A trial is available once per learner account.
Refunds and support
For billing help or a refund request, use the support route in your Paddle receipt. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not itself refund a previous charge. Statutory rights remain unaffected. No exam-pass or additional satisfaction guarantee is offered in these terms.
Availability
The service is provided as a beta and may change, experience interruptions, or remove features. Learning content and generated responses may contain errors; verify important claims against the linked official sources.
Your submissions
You retain ownership of text and feedback you submit. You allow GroundSkill to process that material as needed to provide, secure, and improve the requested service.
Disclaimer
The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law, without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose.
